Effective date: March 1, 2026. These terms govern use of the ProgramPulse platform provided to participating college athletics departments.
1. Service description
ProgramPulse is a department scheduling and communications platform with role-specific views for athletes, coaches, families, and athletic department administrators. Access is provisioned by your institution during pilot or production deployment.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be authorized by your athletics department to receive an account. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify your department administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use ProgramPulse only for legitimate athletics department business. You may not:
- Attempt to access data outside your assigned role or team scope
- Share education records in violation of FERPA or institutional policy
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt platform infrastructure
- Upload malicious content or impersonate another user
4. Education records
Academic data displayed in ProgramPulse is subject to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and your institution's policies. Role-based access controls are enforced in the data layer; circumventing those controls violates these terms and may violate federal law.
5. Availability and changes
We may update features, perform maintenance, or modify these terms with notice to participating institutions. Pilot deployments may experience scheduled downtime or data resets as part of testing.
6. Limitation of liability
ProgramPulse is provided to institutions under agreement with the athletics department. To the extent permitted by law, ProgramPulse and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Institutional agreements may supersede this section.
